SUMMARY
The Operations Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively with teams from Pearson VUE (VUE) and Evaluation Systems (ES), primarily with operational and program support teams, to ensure key elements of customer service and test administration are delivered effectively and efficiently to candidates.
The Operations Administrator provides support to clients and candidates within the test administration workflow, by using our case management system to track and fulfill requests for non-standard testing administrations. This includes shipping materials to test centers and maintaining inventory control. In addition, they will monitor email boxes, generate candidate correspondence and review/report on case reports.

Working directly with internal teams, candidates, and vendors, the Operations Administrator provides high quality customer service, including test administration and alternative testing arrangements support that exceeds candidate and client expectations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
Some experience in writing business communications required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Test Administration
Provide support for test administration activities across various Pearson departments, business units, and modes of testing. This includes shipping specialized equipment and materials to test centers; tracking the return of materials and results to the office; facilitating training/oversight of tests that contain an interview component. .
Generate and review reports to identify test administration-related trends and take necessary steps to address/resolve areas of concern
Assist with specialized test administrations
Create and monitor specialized plans for custom-test delivery – including world languages.
Other duties as assigned
Alternative Testing Arrangements
Work with various VUE and ES internal teams to research and resolve candidate issues or test event irregularities
Support test related fulfillment needs - preparing, posting and/or shipping materials to test sites; - includes tracking receipt and return of those materials and results.
Provide customer support as needed

A remote work environment must be private and distraction free. High Speed Internet required and provided by the individual.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is $18 per hour.
