Customer Service & Production Planner
Position Summary: Represent BorgWarner ETTS and manage interactions with Customers to build strong customer relationships and maintaining 100% On time delivery and satisfaction. Schedule product lines to meet demand while managing inventory levels and best use of production resources Responsibilities: + Keep closely communication with customers, follow all requirements and work with internal areas to keep 100% as Customer Delivery Rating for Production and for Service each month. + Responsible for Customer demand integration & analysis as a basis for SAP production schedule generation (including service parts) while keeping optimal inventory levels for FG and sub-assemblies. + Monitor production attainment and level production orders to achieve the best use of plant resources. + Perform the capacity analysis for the total customer demand horizon using SAP. Based on this analysis communicate to the plant the current capacity situation to take effective decisions about personnel, shifts and crews. + Customer releases accuracy assessment to elaborate the Customer Release file summary per month to be used as sales forecast based. Maintain sales forecast accuracy below 2% variance. + Responsible of SAP sub assembly and FG material master data (parametrization), new and current Customer info records maintenance and Customer Sales Order /Purchase Order creation a parametrization into SAP. + Responsible for following the production planning for any ramp up for new programs and obsolescence procedure on time execution with Customers. + Along with Packaging engineer monitor and follow up Customer returnable racks and alternative racks and escalate in case an interruption on production was detected. Audit the containers record into Customer Portals (if necessary). + Update Procedures, Manuals & Risk Analysis in the quality System on a regular basis. + Perform any Plant internal audits and participate in assigned plant Walk-through inspections. + Participate in Physical Count Process and contribute to Inventory discrepancy analysis.
