Position: Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR)Reports to: Office Manager & ControllerHours: M-F 8:30 am – 5 pmWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. This role requires someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is dedicated to providing support when needed. The candidate should also be self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Confidence in troubleshooting and the ability to investigate issues when additional information is required are essential. Accounting experience, particularly in inventory management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required.
