Customer Service Rep

Job Summary: Customer Service Representative responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and handling transactions in an HVAC parts store.

Requirements:

1-2 years of customer service experience Proficient computer skills HVAC knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Bill customers on the system and retrieve parts from the warehouse/store Assist customers with looking up parts Handle payments with credit cards (no cash handling) Offer overtime up to 3-5 hours a week

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
