Customer Service Rep

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to be located in Crossville, TN. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for all aspects of customer assistance. This position is located in Crossville, TN Corporate Office, requiring attendance and adherence to scheduled and assigned work hours. Position is not a telecommuting position.

Computer and Keyboarding Skills  Math Skills  Communication Skills  Ability to Lift  Team Oriented  Demonstrate professional telephone skills.  Outgoing personality willing to work with all personality types  Basic math and reading skills  Dependable (excellent attendance record)  Strong problem-solving skills  Positive attitude and strong work ethic  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Good interpersonal skills in dealing with employees, management, and customers  Ability to work in a team environment  Ability to work overtime when necessary. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Frequent Bending, lifting 50 lbs., standing/walking 8+ hours a day, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling  Frequent Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.
