We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and order management. The CSR will work closely with the front office team, handle client inquiries, assist with order processing, and maintain office operations.Key Responsibilities:
Client Orders Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.Client Correspondence: Respond to client inquiries and requests via email and phone in a professional and friendly manner.Order Tracking: Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders, providing timely and clear information.Front Office Support: Assist with day-to-day front office tasks, including maintaining files, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors.Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues, working collaboratively with the production team to find quick and effective solutions.Data Entry: Accurately enter customer and order information into the company’s systems and maintain records of correspondence and order statuses.Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and timely order fulfillment.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service training preferred.1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software a plus.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.Work Environment:
