Position: Customer Service Representative - Accounts Receivable
Location: Hathaway Center, Waterville

Responsibilities:
+ Manage large volumes of incoming calls with a focus on excellent customer service
+ Build relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication
+ Resolve patient account issues, including setting up payment plans and addressing billing/collection errors
+ Collaborate with internal/external resources to investigate and resolve issues
+ Document and note patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
+ Assist with account-related special projects
Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
+ Positive attitude and commitment to fully resolving customer issues
+ Background in finance or healthcare revenue cycle
+ Experience in a fast-paced, structured environment, handling large call volumes
+ Proficiency in navigating payer websites and medical billing software programs
+ Working knowledge of insurance programs and understanding of HIPAA guidelines
+ Excellent communication and analytical skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
+ 5+ years of extensive customer service experience strongly preferred
