Employbridge is hiring Customer Service Representatives for full time employment at a warehouse in Orangeburg . If you are looking for a team-oriented environment where good performance and attendance are rewarded and there are opportunities for advancement this may be the job for you!   

This is a customer-facing service-oriented position that requires excellent communication and computer skills. You will be providing support to customers, the operations team and inventory team. Job functions include data entry, document management and communication with customers. Success will be determined by your level of organizational and communication skills.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour. Employbridge offers unlimited referral bonuses!

1st Shift:  Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Job Duties as a Customer Service Representative for ProLogistix:

 Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
