JOB SUMMARY

Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Regional Laboratory, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing/researching insurance coverage and payment information, also receives and coordinates all referrals.

Minimum Education High School or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 1 years Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compose letters/memoranda. Input data into computer programs. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong computer skills. Strong customer service skills. Research Information. Bilingual On call schedule may be required.
