**Job Description:** Compensation Rate: Hourly Rate: $18.50-19.50 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Resolve customer concerns or questions relating to the Scholastic Retail business line and other orders as assigned. Perform outbound calling to follow up with customers or for specialized projects. Enter various types of data accurately and efficiently into web based applications; process orders in OTC, make clarification calls to customers and must be able to communicate clearly and professionally through multiple channels. Record customer information in multiple systems for marketing and management teams. Must have the ability and willingness to offer optimum customer service in all circumstances. The role may often be challenging, so you should be able to remain calm and polite in a stressful situation. Collaborating with the Management Team to serve the customers in the best possible way, and passing on issues to the Management Team as needed, for assistance with customer resolutions. Our customers in this department consist of internal and external customers, including Sales Reps, and our New York business partners.
