Customer Service Rep (Mascot Shop)
Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Mascot Shop) Schedule: 2 seats for Mon - Fri  9:00 am - 6:00 pm  Work from Home after  1 month.    GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing client assistance via email and phone by addressing concerns and supplying necessary information. Manage order inquiries and communicate updates with representatives on school store information. Effectively process 404 inquiries and add new products and variants to Shopify, including SKU, price, and cost information. Create and manage discount codes, as well as make updates to the school store default page and FAQ.   RESPONSABILITIES: Assist clients with concerns and provide all necessary information via email and telephone. Process orders inquires  Assist school administrators or representatives with the setup process or order questions. Create new stores on the school stores page. Address customer issues via emails and calls by providing quick and accurate responses. This includes, but is not limited to: Helping customers resolve quality issues with their orders and processing replacements if applicable. Applying discount codes. Editing shipping addresses. Canceling orders. Refunding orders. Following up with orders. Provide order status. Manage Salesforce cases to address customer, representative, and administrator concerns. Host webinars and onboarding sessions with administrators and representatives when needed.
