Large wholesale company is currently hiring several Customer Service Representatives. This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Working remote from home is optional. The company provides benefits after a short probationary period.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist or client intake coordinator accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone. Applicants should be friendly, outgoing and be capable of performing data entry while taking purchase orders over the phone.
The CSR is responsible for answering inbound calls from retailers that would like to make a purchase. Answer basic questions regarding the clothing and accessories as well as assist them in navigating the company website. Input purchase order into system and ensure all information is accurate. Accept payment over the phone; submit requests for refunds, exchanges, etc. You will also assist buyers who have questions regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise.
