Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $15 to $17 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by offering product and service information, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, or live chat Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information about our products and services Resolve customer issues and process orders in a timely manner Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required Detail-oriented and organized
