You will address inquiries regarding member benefits, claim status, and health plan claim processing requirements. This role requires documenting customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a strong working relationship with colleagues. Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers.Assist customers with inquiries about member benefits and eligibility.Verify claim status and guide claim processing requirements.Document customer interactions accurately.Ensure confidentiality and comply with company policies.Maintain effective communication with internal teams.  Qualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for call center, medical, or insurance backgrounds.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Epic experience preferred  Benefits and Perks:$20.00 per hour  Medical, dental, and vision offered
