Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerProcess customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computerResearch products needed for customer special applicationsIssue product sales quotes to customersFollow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situationKeep sales literature current and organizedStock shelves when neededCommunicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needsLoad products into customer vehicleAdhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rulesPerform other tasks as assigned or neededClass A or Class B CDL License a PlusPay: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr Depending on Experience

QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to accurately enter data into computer programsGood working knowledge of all industrial products and gasesAbility to frequently lift up to 50 lbsAbility to occasionally lift up to 100 lbsAbility to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
