CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – EAST AFRICA (CAPE TOWN)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 (Matric). Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Strong telephonic communication abilities. At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. Experience working with shipping and documentation requirements for Africa. SAP working knowledge. Prior experience in the SADC or East Africa region is highly desirable. Experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service environment. Knowledge of irrigation products.

Strong mathematical and numeracy skills. Independent and practical approach to problem-solving. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, dynamic, and results-driven attitude.
