Preferred shift will be 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM CST and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST on Saturdays Training Days/Hours: M-F:8am-430pm cst DALLAS: 4-5 weeks in office then go into hybrid role to complete training salary: $19 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 11:30 AM - 8 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities + Call center group within Consumer Lending - Consumer Direct Sales group and will be handling 50-100 calls per day + Candidates will be working in the National Contact Center and will be assisting Home Mortgage Consultants. + Associates will receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home. + Associates will reach out to customers to confirm interest, to confirm their contact info, bank information, and availability. Once confirmed, they will transfer over to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) who will take the customer through the next part of the process.
