Customer Service Representative $23/hr
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide service and support to ourcustomers. This individual interacts with customers to provide informationin response tocustomer inquiries and handle/resolve complaints. Position : Customer Assistance Rep. Payment Rate : $23/hour Hours: M-F 8-5 (with 1 hour lunch) healthcare experience preferred- clinic setting Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions The functions within this job may include the following: · Welcomes visitors and displays a courteous and professionalcustomer service experience. · Answers general questions and can speak intelligently about The Well’sprograms and operations. · Answers the phone, takes messages, and disseminates information;opens, sorts, distributes, collects, and delivers mail. · Assists instructors and guests with basic IT equipment such asmicrophones, touchscreens, and computer connectivity programs. · Maintainsan inventory of equipment and supplies used in office and coordinatesdeliveries. · Assists facility manager in scheduling trades to maintain TheWell’s buildings. · Sweeps,dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums, waxes, and polishes building floors,walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, equipment, and hardware. · Cleans kitchenafter event and/or class use. · Collectsand disposes of trash and garbage; moves equipment and furniture such as tablesand chairs. · This is the specialist level where employees will independentlyperform most complex and technical duties, such as preparing presentationsthrough manipulation of data, or preparing documents for audits or specialreports. Some responsibility may be assigned for the functionalsupervision of other employees on a limited basis. Other Duties · Demonstrates knowledge of andsupports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures,operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethicalbehavior. · Assists the Cleveland CountyHealth Department with reporting, data entry and other general computer tasks. · Works effectively in teamenvironment, participating and assisting their peers.
