Job Description:
Location: Suffolk, Virginia
CoWorx has partnered with one of the nation’s largest last-mile delivery providers, who are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team in Suffolk, VA.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. In this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
Work days will start at 10:00am until close, typically around 6:30-7pm, Mondays through Saturdays. You would have every Sunday off along with an addition weekday each week! Starting pay ranges from $15-$16 per hour, temporary to hire!

Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes and delivery teams’ performance
Prepare folders for PODs and Manifests for the next day’s routes
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
