Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity, offering a pathway to long-term employment for the right candidate. The role involves interacting with customers, coordinating service requests, and managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses. • Dispatch technicians to service appointments and ensure efficient scheduling. • Create and manage service tickets to track customer requests. • Generate and process invoices accurately and on time. • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision. • Maintain and update inventory records for equipment and supplies. • Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting needs. • Direct incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role. • Proficiency in data entry and handling customer correspondence. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks. • Strong ability to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. • Experience in dispatching technicians or coordinating schedules is a plus. • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
