Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join their team in Pacoima, CA. This position focuses on supporting customers with service inquiries, providing technical guidance, and coordinating service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and parts information to customers and service agenciesAssist with equipment troubleshooting, application, and installation guidanceSupport internal teams (sales, engineering, and customer service) with service-related inquiriesProcess service orders, warranty claims, and maintain service documentationContribute to updates of service manuals, pricing, and training materialsAttend product trainings, technical classes, and trade shows to stay current on equipment

Requirements:

2 years of college or equivalent experience; 5 years in the service field preferredStrong technical aptitude and understanding of basic electrical theoryExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficient with computers and standard software applicationsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong math skills and attention to detail

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $29.00 - $32.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
