As an Inbound Collections Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist callers with questions about their toll accounts, help resolve outstanding balances and provide excellent service with a solutions-first mindset. If you're punctual, personable, and enjoy helping people over the phone, we encourage you to apply and become the newest member of this small, high-performing customer service team.   Responsibilities:    Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding past-due EZ Tag toll accounts or violations.Verify account information and explain outstanding charges, fees, or violations.Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely manner.  Accept payments over the phone using secure processing systems.Assist customers in understanding toll billing practices and avoiding future violations.Accurately record all call interactions and outcomes in the system. Qualifications and Requirements:    Minimum of 2 years of recent call center or collections experience.  Able to sit for long periods at a time.   Customer Service skills and professional attitude.  Must be punctual by arriving on time.  Dispute resolution skills are a huge plus.  Collections experience highly preferred.    Benefits and Perks:    Payments provided weekly.  Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance.  Monday through Friday work schedule – Relax on weekends, Enjoy family time during the weekend.   Free parking, and complimentary coffee, hot tea, and water.  Access to refrigerators, microwaves, and vending machines with snacks and drinks.Additional benefits include 401K, direct deposit, and a referral bonus program.   Your New Organization:  Work for an organization focused on public service and transportation needs.
