Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: + Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism, utilizing recommended scripts to ensure consistent communication. + Operate independently within a team of 5-8 specialists in a call center setting, ensuring seamless collaboration. + Manage and navigate multiple proprietary software applications efficiently to update participant records accurately. + 100-150 outbound calls per day to assigned clients using RingCentral. + Communicate effectively with the team and management through Microsoft Teams and Outlook, ensuring clear and timely updates. + Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs and challenges. Requirements • Minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in completing assigned responsibilities. • Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
