Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading cold storage and logistics company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Carteret, NJ. This role involves answering customer inquiries, assisting truck drivers, and providing support with transportation-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and emailAssist truck drivers with check-ins and documentationResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyPerform data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical dutiesMaintain accurate records of all customer interactionsPrioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)Prior experience in transportation or logisticsStrong computer skills and ability to use office softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with different personality types and stay organized

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $21–$22/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
