Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Irvine, California. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Provide courteous and detail-oriented service in a call center environment. • Accurately input customer details and transaction data into internal systems. • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs. • Manage email correspondence to address customer questions and concerns. • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking and documentation purposes. • Process order entries with attention to detail and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. • Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in data entry and order processing. • Familiarity with email correspondence and appointment scheduling. • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
