Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Burlingame, California for a Customer Service Representative within the Retail industry. In this role, you'll be primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience, handling customer inquiries, and accurately processing transactions. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting the perfect products, enhancing their overall shopping experience • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Accurately process customer transactions through various platforms • Maintain enthusiasm and energy in getting customers excited about their purchases • Restock merchandise as required, ensuring the retail space is always well-stocked • Learn quickly about the store's products and daily operations through provided training • Work proactively, following directions and operating with minimal supervision • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting quickly to changes • Utilize iPads proficiently for various operational needs. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. • Proven experience in retail industry. • Strong knowledge and skills in customer service. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented manner. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Must be able to stand for extended periods. • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. • Familiarity with cash register operations and other retail equipment.
