Customer Service Representative
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates through professional communication with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will perform the following duties while upholding high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism: + Respond promptly and professionally to all email inquiries. + Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely order entry, status updates, and issue resolution. + Assist customers with order placement, expediting, and general inquiries. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and product information. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience + Education: High School Diploma or GED required. + Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience, preferably in the Commercial & Industrial Products (C&IP) industry. + Technical Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. + Experience with ERP and CRM systems. + Core Competencies: + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong follow-up and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Salesforce.com. + Familiarity with manufacturing processes, technical documentation, and engineering drawings. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
