Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Customer Service Rep based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. This role supports day-to-day order flow and customer requests while coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams. You’ll work primarily within SAP and shared spreadsheets to keep orders, trailers, and records accurate and up to date. The position suits someone who enjoys fast-paced operations, clear communication, and solving problems for internal and external partners.

The Day-to-Day:

Process goods receipt and goods issue transactions in SAP.Track container and trailer details using the yard view program.Resolve product or service issues with timely, professional follow-through.Keep customer files, documents, and records current and organized.Update order status and required logs in Google Sheets.Provide shift coverage when operational needs arise.Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.2–3 years in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations.Proficiency with warehouse management systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry.Clear written and verbal communication, solid problem-solving, and strong teamwork.Adaptable, customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Pay Rate:

$20.50 per hour
