As a customer service representative, you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and leadership team through various administrative tasks and projects. 

 

Responsibilities

Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job ticketsResponsible for arranging work schedulesManage job work tickets with the internal systemAccountable for contacting national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer service experienceKnowledge of accounting and CRM softwareFluent English/Spanish language skills a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficientlyKnowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
