Your Opportunity: Taymark, a leading supplier of graduation announcements, diplomas, covers, accessories, rings, and regalia, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to work with our independent sales force! This role seeks a detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. If these qualities align with your skills and career aspirations, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm CST (weekends as needed based on seasonal workload)This role will be hybrid based out of our White Bear Lake, MN facility

Your Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer and representative callsContact sales reps for order or quote completion questionsDesign, quote, and process orders for custom paper productsAddress questions on shipped orders from dealersMaintain a clean and professional workspaceCollaborate with various departments to meet customer needsEnter rework orders, change orders, and update orders promptlyApply credits and process reprintsDevelop and maintain relationships with customersMaintain a minimum performance standard as set by the departmentDemonstrate respect for all team membersShow passion for customers and workStrive for continuous improvementTake personal and shared responsibility and accountabilityAssist in other areas as needed

You Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong sales and analytical skillsAbility to work in a seasonal high-stress environment for extended periodExcellent attention to detail and be highly organizedEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage a large time-sensitive workloadIntermediate/Advanced computer knowledge and software proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
