Your Opportunity: We are looking for a Customer Service Expeditor to join our team in Coldwater, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for entering package goods into our systems, expediting orders and working with everyone in the entire facility.

Your Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities:

Entering package goods ordersExpediting orders throughout the facility.Verification of ordersOrder EntryManaging the Sample room and sending out requested samples.Managing all changes that come into Harris/BSG

You Must Have:

1+ years prior customer service-related experience and basic computer skillsAbility to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents.Must have exceptional ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or customers in person and via the telephone.

High School Diploma or EquivalentBilingual
