StreamLabs is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their rapidly expanding team to work directly with clients and contractors, matching products to their needs and helping them coordinate system installations through our preferred installer network. We’re looking for individuals that enjoy a fast-paced environment with a passion for new technology, problem solving and providing an industry leading client experience.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses. Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed. Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills. Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes / procedures while meeting/exceeding service performance and quality standards. Bachelor’s Degree preferred2-4 years of customer service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven organization skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints
