We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our clients manufacturing team in Cranford, NJ. As a vital part of the company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. Monday to Friday paying $18.00/hour.

Your Day:

Handles inbound and outbound calls, answers questions and resolve issuesEnter and verify information into the databaseRecognize opportunities to upsell accounts and explain new productsHigh Volume calls effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires and by keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision a nd behavior

About You:

Must have customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Must have strong understanding of customer service best practices.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers.

Pay and Shift:

Monday to Friday (some Saturday and evenings)8:30am to 5:00pm$18.00
