Customer Service Representative Axalta Sverige -  Kundtjänstmedarbetare Axalta Sverige

Vi söker vår näste kundtjänstmedarbetare på Axalta som naturligt sätter våra kunders behov i centrum, från order till leverans . Relationen med våra kunder är centralt och avgörande för oss.

Vi söker dig som är ambitiös med god kommunikationsförmåga, en lagspelare med driv och prestigelöshet. Du kommer rapportera direkt till säljchefen för Sverige men tillhöra vårt centrala CSR team och utgå ifrån vårt kontor i Hisings kärra.

Rollen erbjuder stor frihet under ansvar för rätt person. Den förutsätter god samarbetsförmåga även internt  något vi värdesätter stort och rollen ges stor frihet i att jobba för att fotsätta stärka våra band mellan våra interna avdelningar och externt gentemot våra kunder.

Du kommer ha stor betydelse för Axalta och vårt mål att bli  ”best-in-class and preferred Refinish partner in the market”. Du kommer genom utveckling av arbetssätt och med anpassad service till vad våra kunder ha en viktig roll för att bibehålla och utveckla våra relationer.


Placeringsort är i  Göteborg (Hisings kärra) på vårt kontor med största lager i Norden med kunder över hela Sverige. Men också möjlighet att jobba från Sisjön eller på hemmakontor vid behov.

Rollen består bland annat i följande:

i direkt anknytning med lager/logisitik och vårt  vårt team inom supply chainåterkommande kontakt med sälj och övriga kundtjänst teamet som är delvis utspridda i Europa.Orderhantinering via telefon, e-post,  samt övriga digitala system.Uppföljning av order, kundkontakt och konsultation, proaktiv sälj och reklamationshantering. returhantering samt  del i vidareutveckling av våra interna processer och hur vi kan ständigt förbättra vår service gentemot kund.

Vi tror du har  

Dokumenterat erfarenhet av kundtjänst arbete.Erfarenhet utav tidigare B2B-försäljning.Goda IT-kunskaper som användare utav MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep to join us at our facility in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role will cover two sites in Gothenburg.

The Customer Service Representative’s main purpose is to support Axalta customers and fulfil their needs and demand within the region, from customer order handling, consultancy, via pick pack and mixing to customer delivery in time and in full.

Besides that, additional tasks like warehouse related tasks and cooperation/interaction with other Axalta teams is performed to satisfy needs and meet customer expectation.

All to be done customer focused and same time following given rules & regulations in that specific area to be best-in-class and preferred REF partner in the market.

Responsibilities:

Order entry processing via ERP system.Validating and checking open orders with relation to availability in production and/or warehouseMonitoring orders with relation to forecasts, late deliveries, and price deviationsBackorder follow-up and processing.Customer consultancy / advisoryHandling questions and maintaining contact with customers/clients, both by telephone and by e-mail, concerning the progress of orders, delivery times, complaints, etc. in a professional and efficient way Proactively approaching (assigned) customers and prospects to promote sales growth.First point of contact for customer and if necessary internal coordinationReturn handling incl. Repair process of NP equipment.Processing in SFDC / ERPUpon demand request product-, customer- and master data changes

Key requirements:

Secondary vocational education level with 2+ years of customer service experience.Customer facing experience.Some experience of Salesforce & SAP would be advantageous.Work experience in the automotive/collision damage branch and experience with non-paint is a plus.A keen and fast learner with an eye for detail.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
