They will handle complaints professionally, monitor delivery routes, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders. **What your day-to-day will look like:** **• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email** **• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner** **• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues** **• Monitor progress of delivery routes** **• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps** **• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders** **Skill Requirements** + **Must-Have Requirements:** + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** , including **MS Project** , **Word** , **Excel** , and **PowerPoint** + Strong **customer service skills** + Ability to diagnose and resolve issues + Excellent multitasking abilities + Exceptional organizational skills + **Preferred Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + One year of related experience in a call center environment + Ability to thrive under pressure **Why This job?
