Customer Service Representative

Our client, a well-established international and domestic shipping service, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tacoma, WA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping customers with their shipping needs. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by managing and formatting professional emails, maintaining organized records, and answering phone inquiries. Your Day:

Respond to and format professional emails using Outlook, Word, and Excel.Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including filing, record keeping, and general office organization.Answer phones and respond to messages promptly and professionally.Ensure the office remains well-organized and efficient.

About You:

High school diploma or GED required.At least 2 years of customer service experience.Forklift certificationBilingual abilities are recommended but not required.

Pay Rate & Shift:

$21.00 per hour.Monday to Friday10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with possible overtime on Saturdays).
