CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Currently Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in East Providence, RI.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
-Act as liaison between customers and company
-Perform data-entry of orders and employee purchase orders
-Manage EDI orders
-Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
-scan manual orders and related documents to Smart Search
-Retrieve orders, confirm orders, provide shipping and tracking information and download data by logging into web portals
-Formulate and distribute reports for customer fill rate/cancels when requested
-Complete return and credit request for customers and DC s

Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
-Associates degree or equivalent professional experience
-At least 3 years experience working in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment
-Great computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
-SAP, ERP, MRP or similar programs experience a plus
-Precious metal experience a plus
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Good Attention to detail

Hours: 9:00am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00/hr
