We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Zuidland, Netherlands.

The Customer Service Representative has a direct responsibility of the sales to cash process, providing an excellent proactive service, as regards communication and documentation to the satisfaction of UK and International customers, agents, distributors as well as other Axalta offices.

Key responsibilities:

Execute all transactional aspects related to order entry, maintenance and invoicingDealing with enquiries from customers and member of the sales forceCoordinate the communication and provide support to the Customer Service Teams, Daily coordination and interaction with Warehouse Supervisor, Production Planning and Purchasing Manager in order to assure Customer satisfactionExport documentation and administration as backup for the Export Specialist positionSupport business development by providing a comprehensive support service to the sales force. Produce sales and statistical reports to management; sales personnel and customers as requiredMaintenance of internal order system Maintenance of customer data accuracy using specified systems (SAP Business One, SalesForce)Manage Customer Claims or returns in cooperation with the involved departmentsSupport Credit/AR team as needed.

Key requirements:

Customer Service ExperienceFluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) as regional main responsibility will be UKFamiliarity with export documentation/processesAbility to understand and follow company guidelines policies and procedures.SAP or other computer based SOP / Despatch / Warehouse systems.A high level of motivation and drive as well as a sense of urgency and desire to proactively improve themselves as well as the businessAbility to multitask, highly organized and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlinesTeam spiritAbility to understand business objectives and priorities; sensitive to market situation and customers’ needs and expectations; Results oriented, show initiative and ownership to capture/grow sales and resolve problemsFlexible, adjust rapidly to changing conditionsAble to work calmly under the pressure of a heavy workload
