Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Downtown area. Our organization, operating in the non-profit sector, is seeking an individual capable of handling a high volume of customer interactions and updating customer records. Responsibilities: • Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient and quality customer service • Navigate members through various processes and procedures • Accurately process and enter customer data • Maintain accurate customer records, including certifications, skills, and personal information • Manage email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally • Resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating resilience in handling complex situations • Verify and update customer skill certifications and personal information • Contribute to a positive energy within the team. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role • Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls • Previous experience working in a call center environment • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Proficient in data entry and order entry • Demonstrated ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure • Must have a positive attitude and be team-oriented.
