Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at https://youtu.be/ilO5cv0G4mQ    Customer Service Representative  Transdev is proud to offer:   $16.00-17.00/ hr Attractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision.Paid time off & vacationResponsibilities:  Handle incoming calls from members, clients, and medical facilities related to scheduling, modifying, and canceling transportation request.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards callers at all timesAdhere to and ensure all company policies are followedProvide customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessaryDefuse customer escalations by offering assurance of help to resolve issues. If unable to resolve, ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.Requirements:  High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) requiredOne-year related customer service experience and/or training preferred.Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Bilingual communication skills are a plus.Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred. Basic computer skills are required.Must be able to work flexible hours.Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.  The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
