Our client, a large logistics company in Whittier, CA is looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will provide effective customer service by leveraging your knowledge to address inquiries about products and services while resolving customer issues. This role requires effective communication with the eCommerce team members and adherence to established policies and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolve customer inquiries related to invoicing, rates, tracking (domestic/international), and account maintenance via email and phone.Research, prioritize, and resolve customer issues accurately and promptly.Maintain and update client information in DHL eCommerce systems as needed.Act as a liaison between the company and clients regarding administrative details, such as mailing schedules and account status.Collaborate with all departments within DHL eCommerce to effectively resolve customer issues.Proactively identify customer needs and make recommendations.Conduct customer Vantage Portal training and education initiatives.Address both international and domestic mail issues.Achieve high service levels through effective communication and follow-up regarding projects and service programs.Foster a team-oriented environment.Complete the required minimum number of cases per day while delivering professional and quality responses.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to resolve conflicts in a polite and professional manner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong analytical, critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.High School Diploma or equivalent.2-4 years of related work experience.

Monday to Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM$30.25 - $32.35
