Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Your Responsibilities:

Support assigned accounts Contact vendors regarding open/pending/closed ordersWork with sales to be sure customers are receiving outstanding service

You Must Have:

High School diploma or GED preferred2+ years of Customer Service experienceBasic PC skills, including the ability to navigate in a website environment, and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong sense of accuracy and attention to detailTime management, organization and follow-through skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to develop relationships with customers based on strong interpersonal communication skills and trustDemonstrated record of consistently good attendance/punctuality Excellent verbal and written skills to professionally communicate with customers, account reps and managers via email and phoneAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time
