Customer Service Representative

Our client, a prominent logistics services provider, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team near Westampton, NJ. In this role, you will engage with customers to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. This position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Assist customers with shipping quotes, order tracking, and delivery scheduling.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and dispatch, to ensure timely service and delivery fulfillment.Support the preparation of shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

About You:

Bilingual proficiency.Experience in customer service within the logistics industry is required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics.

Pay Rate and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMCompensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
