Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading commercial printing company in Garden Grove, CA, is looking for a highly motivated and professional bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming, informative, and positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.Answer incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.Perform general typing, data entry, and other administrative duties to support the team and daily operations.Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear and helpful information regarding our products and services.Support other administrative tasks and assist the team with various office duties as needed.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Proficient in basic typing and computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (preferred).Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

Pay and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $18.00 - $20.00
