Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large logistics company in Edison, NJ, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service while working with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we meet our commitments and delight our customers at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.Monitor progress of delivery routes.Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High school diploma or equivalent.1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily.Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Pay and Shift:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 7:00am-3:30pmSunday and Thursday off$18.50
