\nWe are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to join our 2nd shift Team!
\nThis position will be responsible for but not limited to:
\nProcess orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
\nKey Accountabilities:
\n· Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
\n· Maintain customer records and update account information.
\n· Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
\n· Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
\n· Perform other duties as assigned.
\nWHAT WE OFFER:
\n· Wages pay at $22.75 hour with an annual increase possible.
\n· Shift Premium- $1.50 per hour
\n· Geographic Premium $3.00 per hour
\n· Eligible for attendance bonuses
\n· Work schedules: Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm or Tuesday-Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm
\n· Paid Weekly
\n· Overtime available based on customer volume
