We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to join our 2nd shift Team!

\n

This position will be responsible for but not limited to:

\n

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

\n

Key Accountabilities:

\n

· Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.

\n

· Maintain customer records and update account information.

\n

· Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

\n

· Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.

\n

· Perform other duties as assigned.

\n

WHAT WE OFFER:

\n

· Wages pay at $22.75 hour with an annual increase possible.

\n

· Shift Premium- $1.50 per hour

\n

· Geographic Premium $3.00 per hour

\n

· Eligible for attendance bonuses

\n

· Work schedules: Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm or Tuesday-Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm

\n

· Paid Weekly

\n

· Overtime available based on customer volume

\n

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
