As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist our customers, Stiles Field Service Representatives and sales team via email, phone, and chat to find correct parts needed, as well as process quotes and orders in our ERP system and work with suppliers to request offers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Managing incoming calls. Managing emails, including the parts department group inbox. Manage customer open requests for parts - must have good organization and follow-up skills. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each caller. Pursue open communications with customers to ensure all their requirements were met in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner. Maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisors, other staff members and customers alike. Recognize and perform duties, which need to be performed in an independent manner with little supervision. On-call rotation - 1 out of 10-12 weeks will be on-call, 24/7. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years post High School Education Or, 3 years of industry or applicable position experience

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

MS Office Suite Effective communication skills. Well-developed ability to network. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Problem solving skills and solution oriented.
