Customer Service Representative $18.00/hr. 

Monday-Friday, 1st shift, 7:00am -3:30pm M-F

A local distribution warehouse is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Apply today!

 Responsibilities:

Manage inbound & outbound shipments and receipts Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered Tracks, traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Engages with Customers and Clients Answer phones Assign trucks to door Control customer files Verify all materials and documents have been received Manage receipt of shipments of products Follow up with customers Complete call logs and reports Collaborates with other team members Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

Experience Working in an office environment Inventory control experience a plus but not required Ability to read, count and do basic math Computer/data entry experience Ability to follow directions Organized Customer service experience High School diploma or GED required

Benefits and Pay:
