Customer Service Representative
$18 - $20/hr, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - will rotate Saturdays 9a-12 noon once hired onto company and travel to other Siouxland locations when needed

Responsibilities:

Process transactions, open accounts, answer general questions, and listen to and address customer concerns Provide accurate information, and educate customers on products and services offered Conduct loan interviews and closings Balance receipts and prepare cash summary Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns Filing and data entry Maintain precise records and balance cash drawers

Requirements:

College degree is desired High School Diploma or equivalent Similar job experience is preferred – consumer loan and new account experience Sales experience Proficient computer and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

$18.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, Long Term Disability-once hired to the company-subject to waiting period Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements) -once hired to the company-subject to waiting period 401k-once hired to the company-subject to waiting period
