Customer Service Representative

Summary Interviews customers, gather information, and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties:\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nTalks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.\nReview retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot.\nGuide contractors working for their plant.\nEnter service orders into the service system.\nAssign correct parts to each item on service order.\nFile completed work orders.\n\n

Competencies \n\nMust have strong attention to detail\nMust provide a high level of customer service\nMust have strong communication skills both internal (Champion) and external (Customers)\nMust have a great work ethic.\nMust live the Champion Operating Principles.\nALWAYS be professional, foster a positive attitude, and be helpful to homeowners.\nEncourage a team environment, even in the absence of supervision.\n\n

Qualifications \n\nMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nPrevious experience in manufactured\/modular housing desired\nMust have reliable transportation. \nGreat communication skills.\nAbility to work overtime\/weekends as needed.\n\n
